Demos Done Right - Introduction

Being part of a software development team, you will eventually present software to an audience. Up to this point in my career, I have participated as a presenter and spectator for hundreds of demonstrations of various sizes. Throughout these experiences, I have gathered notes and produced many experiments to hone my skills and the skills of the developers around me. In the upcoming series of posts, I intend to walk through the key aspects of a great demonstration, the areas to avoid while demonstrating functionality, managing the audience's expectations, and tips for preparing for demonstrations of all sizes.
